How To Heal Leaky Gut, IBS, Inflammatory Bowel Disease & Constipation With Colostrum
by Niraj Naik
How to fix leaky gut:
Take two tablespoons of colostrum on an empty stomach when you wake up and before you sleep. No other food for 4hrs after waking and 4hrs before going to sleep to allow colostrum to work its magic and give you digestive system a rest. Colostrum is so nutrient rich, full of healthy fats and contains leptin that makes you feel full so you should not feel the need for more food. Do this for at least 2-4 weeks.
After you feel you have healed your digestive system, you can start adding colostrum to smoothies. Before then always take it on an empty stomach.
Avoid these foods known to cause gut issues in sensitive people for 2-4 weeks.
Rye and Buckwheat
Raw nuts - e.g peanuts, cashew nuts, almonds
Milk + Dairy products (colostrum is not classed as dairy as it does not contain lactose or the same milk proteins)
Also avoid refined sugar, alcohol and factory made foods, especially if they contain any of the above.
Lack of sleep causes stress. Try to get good night’s sleep every night - check out our Deep Sleep System
Take VSL3 - a high potency probiotic and prebiotic foods, that promotes the growth of healthy bacteria, such as half ripe, slightly greenish bananas (1 or 2 a day) (not fully ripe), raw/cooked onions, and garlic. (not essential but will certainly make the process quicker)
